Lower Withington Methodist Church

Lower Withington Methodist Church has been a place of worship since 1808 and has a morning worship service every Sunday at 10.45 am. We are a welcoming congregation and there is always a time of conversation and refreshments after the service. Each month on the first Thursday from 10.30-12am there is a drop in with coffee and plenty of cake to which all are welcome. The church hosts a Brass Band and the newly refurbished rooms are home to various activities. We have links with St Peter’s Anglican church and share in services like the annual rogation Plough service. The church is firmly rooted in the local farming community.
